Booking, Payment, and Privacy Policy

Booking Confirmation:

To confirm your booking, a conditional refundable deposit of 30% of the total trip cost is required. Bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.

Payment Schedule:

The remaining 65% of the total trip cost is due 7 days prior to the start date of the trip.Rest 5% can be paid by before departure.

Failure to complete the full payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Payment Methods:

We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, or online payment platforms.Please ensure that all payments are made in the designated currency and include any applicable bank fees.

Privacy Policy:

Danu Adventure is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our customers’ personal information.

We collect personal information only for the purpose of processing bookings and providing our services to you.

Your personal information will not be shared with third parties unless required for the purpose of delivering our services or as required by law.

By providing your personal information to Danu Adventure, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of that information in accordance with this policy.

Cancellation, Date Alterations, and Legal Matters Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made more than 20 days prior to the start date of the trip are subject to a 60% cancellation fee from the booking amount.
Cancellations made between 45 and 30 days prior to the start date of the trip are subject to a 40% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the start date of the trip are non-refundable.

Cancellations made between than 45 days and 60 days prior to the start date of the trip are 100% refundable.

Date Alterations:

Requests for date alterations must be submitted in writing and confirmed by Danu Adventure.
Date alterations are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
DanuAdventure reserves the right to refuse date alterations based on availability and other factors.

Legal Matters

Danu Adventure operates in accordance with local laws and regulations governing tourism activities in the regions we operate.Any legal matters arising from the booking or participation in our tours will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Nainital Highcount.

Danu Adventure shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by travelers during the course of the tour, except where such loss, injury, or damage is caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of Danu Adventure.

By confirming your booking and making the required deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the cancellation, date alterations, and legal matters policy outlined by Danu Adventure.
